Engage Life Mindfully - 6 Week Program on Wednesdays
This class has quickly become a positive space for tweens/teens to connect with other like minded kids on the same path of life. It's an uplifting space that uses yoga, mindfulness & techniques from positive psychology to help your son/daughter develop a toolkit they can take with them during the school day. Through weekly support your child can ground/calm during stressful periods at school to keep a clear head. I'll assist your child each week with challenging emotions by helping them learn new techniques every term to improve their overall well-being. They'll apply strategies to increase resilience through approaches that'll increase happiness and confidence in oneself.
