Wellbeing Program for Kids

A safe & positive environment , for your child when their emotions have snow balled out of control with worry.

What really is Anxiety?

Anxiety is your child’s body going into alarm mode, even when nothing dangerous is happening. It’s like their brain is constantly scanning for “what if something goes wrong?” and their body responds as if its already happening.

That’s why anxiety can show up as:

  • worries and overthinking

  • difficulty separating from parents

  • meltdowns or big emotions

  • avoiding new situations

  • trouble sleeping

  • complaints of stomach aches, headaches or feeling sick

Anxiety can feel like it spirals out of control, but with support your child can learn the skills to fight that anxiety bully. And we support you as the parent every step of the way so you can both feel calm, capable & confident through the hard moments.

Yogitales encourages your child with confidence to understand emotions, so anxiety doesn’t have to run the show anymore. Each class is designed to have fun, why we learn tools for achieving calm in the busy BEE world.  Our no#1 rule is, if we aren’t having fun, we aren’t doing life right.

Get to Know Miss Sarah
  • "I feel like with just the few sessions with you Skyler has learnt more about herself than 8 months of phycology appointments."

  • Sarah has been an honest life saver for my family! Her knowledge and understanding with anxiety has helped my 10yr old thrive and become a better version of herself. Not only has she helped my daughter but she has also helped me as a mother understand emotions and how to help my daughter cope better in difficult situations but also helped me learn a thing or 2 about myself! We look forward to every sessions and would not recommend her enough.

  • Just to let you know. Holly went to sleep and slept all night last night. You are amazing. I love the new bedtime routine, you have created with her. She even said she loved what you did with her. She said she woke up and her bed was not all messy from moving around so much. You are one talented and inspirational lady.

  • She walked in unsure, remembered "she's got this" and settled into the classroom. Thanks for sharing these tools with us. YOU are magic.

  • Thank you Sarah! we are so thankful to have found your classes.

  • Sarah I just want to say thank you again for Lyla's session today. She was so excited to tell her dad about it when he got home. It has already helped us too. We were playing a game and she was upset because she had not done something correct. We reminded her of your technique for mistakes and she smiled and go back up again. Thank you
